More than 50 yummy Grilled Cheese recipes!
There is something so comforting in a grilled cheese sandwich …. isn’t there?! Often times, it reminds me of my childhood and simpler days. Thanks to the help of my bloggy friends, I’ve gathered up more than fifty of the yummiest grilled cheese sandwiches around! You won’t find anything boring about these jazzed up grilled cheese sandwiches! With so many choices, you’ll want to try them all!

We are making Silver Shore Specials this weekend. It's a grilled cheese sandwich, pulled open when the cheese is melted, and the bread is golden. Then place on one half the following: sliced tomatoes, crispy bacon strips, slices of Bermuda onion (the red skinned one), and mayonnaise. Put the other half back on the top. They are so good, and the juices run down to your elbows. We call them Silver Shores Specials because that is where our cottage is, and where we first started making these. We live in The Thousand Islands, on the St. Lawrence River, between the U.S. and Canada. Our cottage is only a few miles from the International Bridge to
Wellesley Island (U.S. territory). The next bridge, into Canada, is the shortest International Bridge in the world.
